Meyer Beefalo Farm

Nestled in the rolling hills of south central Minnesota, it is the perfect place to pasture raise our Beefalo. They are pastured year-round and receive no grains, no antibiotics, no growth hormones; only 100% pasture grasses and hay in the winter months. As a cross between bison and beef cattle, beefalo meat is higher in protein and lower in fat and cholesterol than regular beef, has a great flavor, sometimes associated with bison.
