The following are several sample forms that can be used in your direct marketing business.  Feel free to copy, modify or use any of these forms for your own direct marketing venture.  These forms can either be printed out and mailed to your customers or you can copy the info into an email to send to your customers.

APPOINTMENT NOTICE (to the customer)

Please contact the butcher at (phone number) between (provide range of about 3-4 days from appointment date forward) to call in your cutting instructions.Your meat will be ready for pickup in approximately 2-3 weeks. We will contact you when it is ready for pickup. Payment terms: $____/lb. HW payable to (your farm name) with HW determined by the butcher.
